Year of Zero Grain Chicken & Potato For Your Cat Giveaway #NutrishPets

Nutrish Zero Grain

Rachael Ray Nutrish has sponsored this post, but all opinions are my own.

back deck

Our deck before

When Nutrish sent us the wooden crate filled with a garden spade and seeds to plant, Paul and I were inspired to finally create an outdoor dining space.  We try to grow tomatoes, basil, lettuce and a few other herbs to add fresh, clean ingredients to our summertime meals but we didn’t have an outdoor dining area to enjoy the fresh food.

Deck Makeover in Progress

We  chose an outdoor rug with our favorite colors and a table with four chairs.  We added a pretty umbrella and a base to hold it in place. We tossed in a few colorful pillows and the result is a nice dining area just off the sunroom so Annie, Eddie and Mercy can keep us company through the windows.

See Eddie keeping an eye on his bag of Zero Grain Chicken & Potato?

While Paul and I are able to enjoy healthier fresh meals in the summer, we love that Nutrish’s grain free food for cats contains no artificial preservatives, colors or artificial flavors. Real U.S. farm-raised chicken is always the #1 ingredient  with zero poultry by-product meal.  This high-quality protein provides essential nutrients to help support healthy organs and lean muscle mass. There are zero grains, glutens or fillers either.  Potatoes & peas are easily digestible alternative carbohydrates that have been carefully selected because they’re naturally gluten free and gentle on your cat’s digestive system.

DIY cat garden

Our garden and the cats’ garden are growing

Our garden is coming along and so is the cats’ garden.  We planted a few grasses and of course catnip for Annie, Eddie and Mercy to enjoy.
